Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are calculated at Checkout. Items that aren't calculated or say 'We do not ship to this country' need to be individually quoted.

All items that are currently in stock are delivered within 7 to 10 days unless stated otherwise. However due to certain item sizes this may require more time eg. beds, kitchen displays. Please contact us prior to ordering if you'd like more information on specific products.

CURB SIDE DELIVERIES 

Curb side delivery means your bulky or heavy order is dropped off at the nearest safe, accessible point at the edge of your property (usually where your driveway meets the road). Because items are delivered on large pallets, the driver uses a tail lift to lower the goods to the ground and will not carry them inside your home.

For a smooth curb side delivery, consider these important points:

• Unloading Responsibility: The driver is not responsible for unpacking your items, taking away the wooden pallet, or carrying anything inside due to health and safety policies and strict delivery times. You will need to arrange for enough manual labour or heavy-lifting equipment if required to move the goods inside.
• Access Requirements: Delivery is typically handled by large trucks (like HGVs). It is vital to inform the retailer beforehand if your street has weight limits, narrow roads, or parking restrictions to prevent extra fees.
• Surface Limits: The pump trucks used to move your pallet require a hard, flat, and even surface. Drivers cannot roll pallets over gravel, grass, or steep inclines.

DELIVERY ACCESS

Please note, you are responsible for ensuring that items you order can be delivered to your property and room of choice, with safe and reasonable access from the public highway to the place of delivery.

You are also obliged to provide any required parking permits in advance of delivery. The delivery charge does not include any costs resulting from the removal of fixtures, including windows and doorways, or specialist lifting equipment.

If our delivery staff considers access unsafe, we will be unable to deliver your goods until safe access is provided.

Please note, if your orders cannot be delivered due to access restrictions, you remain liable for 50% of the order value and the full delivery charge.

If you have any concerns about access via restricted spaces, such as doorways, stairs, lifts or hallways, we strongly advise you contact customer services prior to purchase. In some circumstances our delivery staff will inspect the delivery address to confirm whether delivery will be possible.
