What happens if I change my mind?
Unfortunately we do not refund, replace, credit or exchange items unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please measure your space correctly before placing any orders on large items to make sure they'll fit correctly. You're also welcome to visit our Harrogate showroom to view the item prior to purchase.
What if the goods are faulty or damaged?
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition. If, however, it arrives damaged or faulty, please inform our Team immediately on 01423 521 288 and store@stephenneall.co.uk with a detailed description along with any photos. Please note that if you’ve requested delivery outside the UK, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during third-party shipping.
